Job Summary

Owning and growing TRM's footprint across the U.S. Federal Civilian regulatory ecosystem, the full-time remote Federal Civilian Account Director will manage the full sales cycle, build pipeline, and establish relationships with senior stakeholders in government regulatory agencies.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive new annual recurring revenue (ARR) by closing deals with government regulatory agencies
  • Map and tier the North American Federal Civilian territory to build a robust pipeline
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage TRM's expertise in complex federal opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of Federal Civilian SaaS sales experience with a track record of new ARR attainment
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate federal procurement vehicles and contracting structures
  • Proven experience in self-generating pipeline and territory ownership
  • Strong executive presence and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and modern AI-powered prospecting tools
