Federal Civilian Solution Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Solution Engineer - Federal Civilian (All Levels).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical and business discovery sessions with federal stakeholders to identify mission gaps and scope solution use cases
• Build and deliver impactful demonstrations and proof-of-concept solutions using the Agentic Government Cloud
• Serve as the technical lead for RFI and RFP responses, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing solution or technical architecture roles
• Proficiency in Salesforce Core and the Data 360/Agentforce stack
• Understanding of agentic systems and AI fluency
• Experience with multi-tier architectures and relational database design
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders
