Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Claims Supervisor - War Hazard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service
• Promote best practices and manage workloads to enhance team performance and efficiency
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and brokers while utilizing technology to improve service quality

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Experience with federal claims including Defense Base Act (DBA), Longshore, and War Hazard Recovery
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of team member related functions
