Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Federal Client Relationship Manager, the role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with federal customers and partners through outreach and communication, while operating remotely with some travel required for meetings and events.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current federal customers, partners, and industry contacts
• Represent the company at customer meetings, networking events, and business development discussions
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain organized tracking of customer interactions and follow-ups

Required qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, account management, or a similar relationship-driven role
• Strong organizational skills to track customer conversations and follow-up items
• Interest in federal contracting, technology services, or mission support
• Ability to represent a small, fast-growing company professionally
• Must reside in the Virginia, D.C., or Maryland area and be willing to travel as needed
