Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager - Federal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for client success, creating and maintaining client success plans and monitoring client health
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders while ensuring clients are informed about solution features and best practices
  • Advocate for clients within the organization, providing updates on client health and collaborating with other departments to incorporate client feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years of experience working with Federal Agencies
  • Demonstrable ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders
  • Prior experience in driving adoption of new software solutions
  • Previous work experience as a client success manager or equivalent preferred
