Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Compliance Lead / Federal GRC Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Own the readiness roadmap for achieving and sustaining ATO compliance
Translate federal requirements into actionable steps for technical teams and operationalize policies
Conduct readiness reviews and manage risks, ensuring controls are effective in practice

Required Qualifications

4-7+ years of experience in GRC, Security Compliance, or Information Assurance
Hands-on expertise with NIST 800-53; exposure to CMMC, SOC 2, or NIST 800-171 is a plus
Experience implementing controls in operational settings
U.S. Citizenship is required to support federal compliance mandates
