Federal Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Compliance Manager to lead FedRAMP certification efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive FedRAMP Moderate ATO, coordinating across various teams and external partners
• Build and maintain FedRAMP-aligned documentation and own compliance project plan milestones
• Support customer-facing security conversations and collaborate with Security leadership to scale compliance capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in compliance, risk, and security with experience in FedRAMP and NIST 800-53
• Proven success in achieving FedRAMP certification in a fast-paced startup environment
• Familiarity with modern SaaS environments and their compliance challenges
• Experience in establishing a compliance function from the ground up
• Ability to influence without authority and navigate ambiguity effectively
