Job Summary

A company is looking for a Departmental Analyst 12 - Federal Compliance Site Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct annual site reviews for Pre-paid Inpatient Health Plans (PIHP) and related programs
• Complete credentialing and clinical reviews of Medicaid beneficiary records and compile findings into reports
• Analyze corrective action plans for compliance and evaluate the effectiveness of remediation efforts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
• Three years of professional experience, including one year at the experienced (P11) level in state service
• Experience may be substituted with relevant military service at or above the E-6 level
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to Habilitation Supports Waiver and State Plan Amendment
• Understanding of Michigan Mental Health Code and related laws applicable to Medicaid beneficiaries
