Federal Compliance System Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Owner-Boundary Compliance Owner for the US Federal sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for the overall health and compliance status of the assigned boundary
• Identify and document systemic risks related to architecture and control decay, ensuring compliance controls are implemented and monitored
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of new technologies and optimize cloud infrastructure costs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Security Engineering, Security Architecture, or Compliance in a cloud or SaaS environment
• 5+ years of experience with U.S. Government compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP and NIST RMF
• Proven ability to manage large-scale architectural and security roadmaps for complex systems
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture and security controls implementation
• Experience integrating AI/ML systems into regulated, high-security environments
