Job Summary
As the Federal Compliance System Owner, the full-time remote position will manage the lifecycle of federal information systems, ensuring compliance with security standards and overseeing cross-functional teams to maintain system health and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of accountability for the overall health and compliance status of the assigned boundary
- Identify, document, and mitigate systemic risks related to architecture and compliance controls
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI capabilities and optimize cloud infrastructure costs while ensuring security compliance
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Security Engineering, Security Architecture, or a Compliance-focused role within a cloud or SaaS environment
- 5+ years of direct experience with U.S. Government compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP and NIST RMF
- Proven ability to manage large-scale architectural and security roadmaps for complex systems
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security control implementation
- Experience with integrating AI/ML technologies into regulated environments
