Federal Consult Partner
Job Summary
To drive growth in the U.S. Federal market, the full-time remote Federal Consult Partner will originate, shape, and convert complex technology and consulting opportunities while building executive relationships and orchestrating multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies across targeted U.S. Federal agencies, identifying and shaping modernization opportunities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior Federal stakeholders, influencing solution strategies and increasing customer advocacy
- Orchestrate Kyndryl's resources and partner ecosystem to create differentiated solutions that meet U.S. Federal mission and compliance requirements
Required qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to pass federal background investigations
- 10+ years of relevant Federal market experience in technology consulting or systems integration
- Established relationships within multiple Federal Civilian agencies and a proven track record of originating and converting Federal opportunities
- Strong understanding of the Federal acquisition lifecycle and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Public Administration, or equivalent practical experience
