Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Specialist to provide full-lifecycle acquisition and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct acquisition planning and market research to determine contracting strategies
- Prepare solicitations, RFPs, RFQs, and issue amendments
- Administer contracts, resolve payment issues, and support closeout activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 5 years of federal contracting experience, including construction and A/E contracts
- Ability to obtain HSPD-12 PIV credentials and pass a federal background investigation
- Strong understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific supplements
