Federal Contract Specialist

Job Summary

Leading a team of contractor personnel, the fully remote Program Manager / Senior Contract Specialist will oversee acquisition support services, manage procurement actions, ensure quality control across contract files, and serve as a senior acquisition advisor for all contract phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of contractor acquisition support personnel and oversee workload distribution
• Provide senior-level acquisition support across the full procurement lifecycle, including pre-award and post-award activities
• Prepare and oversee reports, track procurement request status, and maintain quality assurance across all contractor-produced acquisition work products

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in program management, contracting, or acquisition planning
• Current or previous FAC-C certification for at least five (5) years, or civilian equivalent
• Experience managing acquisition support personnel or contract specialist teams
• Strong knowledge of FAR, HHSAR, and federal procurement policies
