Federal Contracts Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Federal Contracts & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all Federal and Defense Industrial Base contracts and operations
• Negotiate and execute multi-million-dollar Federal contracts while optimizing contract processing
• Collaborate with legal and sales teams to review and approve quotes, proposals, and contracts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in federal contracts management for a software business
• 5+ years of federal-related accounting experience in a software professional services capacity
• Deep familiarity with federal contract regulations (FAR, DFARS, etc.)
• Experience using Salesforce for managing and reporting opportunities in a federal environment
• Proven ability to manage high-volume projects and meet demanding deadlines
