Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager Federal (Security Clearance Needed).

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer retention, satisfaction, and expansion by driving long-term value and partnership
  • Translate customer business goals into structured Success Plans with measurable outcomes
  • Guide customers through the adoption and optimization of the Aternity platform
Required Qualifications and Education
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or enterprise software consulting
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced certifications in IT infrastructure or performance monitoring are a plus
  • Proven ability to engage senior IT and business leaders
  • Strong knowledge in endpoint management, SaaS/cloud application monitoring, or ITSM integrations
  • Demonstrated program management discipline with strong analytical and commercial acumen
