Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager Federal (Security Clearance Needed).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer retention, satisfaction, and expansion by driving long-term value and partnership
- Translate customer business goals into structured Success Plans with measurable outcomes
- Guide customers through the adoption and optimization of the Aternity platform
Required Qualifications and Education
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or enterprise software consulting
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced certifications in IT infrastructure or performance monitoring are a plus
- Proven ability to engage senior IT and business leaders
- Strong knowledge in endpoint management, SaaS/cloud application monitoring, or ITSM integrations
- Demonstrated program management discipline with strong analytical and commercial acumen
