Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Federal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with primary contacts at customer organizations, ensuring their success with the company's services
  • Coordinate onboarding and track customer interactions, usage, and adoption of products
  • Act as the customer advocate within the organization, facilitating communication between customers and internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success for a SaaS solution, preferably in the Cyber Security industry
  • Prior experience working with Federal and Public Sector organizations
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio of global customers independently
  • Exceptional organizational skills for tracking customer interactions
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity terminology and concepts is a plus
