Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Federal.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with primary contacts at customer organizations, ensuring their success with the company's services
- Coordinate onboarding and track customer interactions, usage, and adoption of products
- Act as the customer advocate within the organization, facilitating communication between customers and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success for a SaaS solution, preferably in the Cyber Security industry
- Prior experience working with Federal and Public Sector organizations
- Ability to manage a large portfolio of global customers independently
- Exceptional organizational skills for tracking customer interactions
- Familiarity with cybersecurity terminology and concepts is a plus
