- Drive measurable customer outcomes through program management of Success and Get Well Plans
- Identify risks and escalate issues while maintaining accountability to defined outcome objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure customer success is intentional and measurable
Required Qualifications
- Top Secret clearance required
- Experience in federal customer success or military background is a plus
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated analytical and commercial acumen related to SaaS metrics
- Experience in technical troubleshooting at Tier 1 or Tier 2 levels
