Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive measurable customer outcomes through program management of Success and Get Well Plans
  • Identify risks and escalate issues while maintaining accountability to defined outcome objectives
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure customer success is intentional and measurable
Required Qualifications
  • Top Secret clearance required
  • Experience in federal customer success or military background is a plus
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated analytical and commercial acumen related to SaaS metrics
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting at Tier 1 or Tier 2 levels
