Job Summary

Federal Customer Success Manager drives customer outcomes through program management, ensuring Federal Customers realize value from purchased solutions in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute Success Plans and Get Well Plans for Federal Customers
  • Identify risks and develop structured recovery plans to ensure customer success
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources and engage with senior stakeholders effectively
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Federal Customer Success or a military background
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to create structured plans
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting at Tier 1 or Tier 2 levels
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and lead executive reviews
