Key Responsibilities

  • Translate customer business goals into structured Success Plans with measurable outcomes
  • Guide customers through the adoption and optimization of the Aternity platform
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or enterprise software consulting
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced certifications in IT infrastructure or performance monitoring are a plus
  • Proven ability to engage senior IT and business leaders effectively
  • Strong knowledge in endpoint management, SaaS/cloud application monitoring, or network/application performance monitoring
  • Demonstrated program management discipline with the ability to drive execution and accountability
