Federal Financial Management Analyst
Job Summary
To support federal financial operations, the full-time Federal Financial Management Analyst will engage in AI-assisted research, validate financial data, and independently build reports while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret query results and reconcile financial data across various systems to ensure accuracy
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to create ad-hoc financial reports and present findings to agency stakeholders
- Participate in the citizen developer growth track by configuring reports and writing basic SQL queries
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of federal accounting or financial management experience
- Understanding of federal appropriations accounting and USSGL account structures
- Working knowledge of Treasury Financial Manual guidance and reconciliation practices
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Technology, or a closely related field
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a federal security clearance (Public Trust minimum)
