Federal Financial Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Financial Manager on a contracted basis, this position will manage comprehensive contract financial visibility for the OHSS Core Report Services program, ensuring corporate control over blended financing models while supporting federal financial management requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contract financial visibility, supporting tracking and control of Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Labor-Hour performance deliverables
• Formulate and maintain labor forecasting models and execute ongoing tracking of staff hours and billing burn-rates
• Prepare and submit monthly contract invoicing, ensuring compliance with federal mandates and conducting budget-to-actual reconciliations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in federal contract or program financial management
• Expert knowledge of federal contract financial management frameworks and invoicing controls
• Familiarity with enterprise financial systems and ERP tools such as Deltek Costpoint or Excel
• Direct experience with federal contracting parameters and GSA MAS task orders
• Active financial or project certification, such as a Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM), is preferred
