Job Summary

To support a federal client with system planning and analysis, the full-time Federal Financial Systems Analyst will manage the integrity and evolution of financial systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial data processes in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead analytical work to design, adapt, and test financial systems in response to federal policy changes
  • Manage system descriptions and data elements to maintain a "single source of truth" across the organization
  • Translate complex business needs into technical requirements, aligning stakeholders for seamless system upgrades
Required Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship (dual citizens not eligible)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited institution
  • 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and system design within a financial or enterprise environment (public sector preferred)
  • Proven track record in supporting the implementation, upgrade, or maintenance of large-scale financial management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to investigate, document, and resolve complex data discrepancies across interconnected systems
