Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Federal FOIA Project Manager will manage the processing of Freedom of Information requests, leveraging experience with eFOIA and FOIA Xpress while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the processing of Freedom of Information requests in compliance with the Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act of 1974
  • Utilize eFOIA and FOIA Xpress software to streamline and manage requests efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding FOIA processes and outcomes
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience processing Freedom of Information requests
  • Familiarity with the US Air Force FOIA process is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
