Federal Functional Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a US Federal Functional Architect, Talent & Recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the representative for cross-team initiatives, providing connections and expertise
• Partner with other functional architects on strategic product initiatives and promote consistency in design
• Review product opportunities and solution designs, providing recommendations and ensuring scalability

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing, building, and implementing enterprise cloud applications
• Subject matter expertise in one or more Workday product areas
• 3+ years of experience with Workday architecture, including Business Process Framework and Security
• Experience working with the US Federal Government
• Proven ability to drive strategic alignment and secure buy-in for major product initiatives
