Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Team Member to support their Federal Government Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and manage order processing and tracking
  • Support federal sales by preparing bids and monitoring opportunities on federal platforms
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and manage contracts effectively
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience with federal procurement platforms is preferred but can be developed over time
