Federal Government Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing Federal Government and Carrier Services projects, the full-time Project Manager 3 will ensure continuity of service delivery, maintain SLA commitments, and support high-impact customer implementations in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage activation SLAs and delivery timelines while proactively communicating risks and assessing scope changes
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks impacting installation timelines and customer commitments
• Drive accountability across cross-functional teams and serve as the escalation point for internal and customer-facing concerns

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in project management
• Strong understanding of workflow management systems and Ethernet products
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex problems independently
• Demonstrated experience in building trusted relationships with customers
