Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Procurement to integrate federal requirements into vendor contracts
• Manage documentation and requests for DOE-funded projects under the Cargo Preference Act

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with federal grants and procurement compliance
• Knowledge of Cargo Preference Act and Buy America provisions
• Ability to validate manufacturing certifications
• Experience in contract management and oversight
