Job Summary

Federal Grant Project Manager is a remote, contract position responsible for executing large-scale grant application processes, managing existing grants, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit grant applications to federal, state, and local agencies
  • Manage existing grants from the Department of Energy (DOE)
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the grant lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in federal grant applications and administration, specifically with the DOE
  • Strong knowledge of federal grant regulations and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Business, Public Policy, or a related field
  • PMP certification is desirable
  • Experience with project management software is required
