Federal GRC Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

To support the organization's compliance initiatives, the full-time Federal GRC Compliance Specialist will develop, implement, and maintain business systems and compliance programs related to federal regulations, including FAR and DFARS, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain GRC-related plans, policies, and compliance artifacts across various regulatory frameworks
• Conduct internal reviews and audits to ensure adherence to laws, standards, and contractual obligations
• Provide training and awareness materials to staff on compliance-related topics and collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective control implementation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Public Administration, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in GRC, compliance, or government contracting compliance functions
• Working knowledge of federal government contracting regulations, including FAR and DFARS
• Experience working for a federal government contractor
• Demonstrated experience leading GRC or compliance-related initiatives with minimal supervision
