Job Summary

Leading enterprise sales engagements, the full-time Federal Healthcare Client Executive will manage relationships with C-level executives, drive digital transformation initiatives, and oversee the full sales cycle from pipeline creation to closing, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead a cross-functional Client Growth team throughout the enterprise sales cycle, adapting deal strategies as needed
  • Open new buying centers within strategic accounts through proactive prospecting and storytelling that connects business challenges to measurable outcomes
  • Translate client challenges into market insights to inform Pega's go-to-market strategies and product evolution
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software, AI, workflow, or platform sales, particularly in Federal Healthcare environments
  • Proven track record of leading and closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
  • Experience with proactive prospecting and expanding existing software bases in large, complex environments
  • Credibility in engaging with C-suite leaders and influencing outcomes without relying on brand recognition
  • Technical fluency in AI and workflow architecture to facilitate meaningful conversations with clients
