Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Contract Compliance Review Analyst - Healthcare will conduct structured reviews of federal healthcare contract requirements, assess compliance, identify performance risks, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured compliance reviews of federal healthcare contract requirements and related documentation
• Analyze the interpretation and execution of contract requirements across business processes and systems
• Prepare clear findings, risk assessments, and recommendations to support audit readiness and leadership decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in federal healthcare, healthcare operations, or contract compliance
• At least 2 years of recent experience in contract compliance reviews within a federal healthcare environment
• Experience interpreting federal healthcare contract requirements and related documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field
• Federal Government or federal contractor experience is required
