Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR operational processes for the Federal Public Sector Entity
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and oversee employee lifecycle events
• Own and maintain the Federal Public Sector Employee Handbook and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive HR experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting regulated environments (federal entity or public sector organization)
• Knowledge of U.S. employment law and regulatory standards
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional processes
