Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Human Resources SME.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the SME on a project team, collaborating with instructional designers
Participate in team meetings and ensure project schedules are met
Review project deliverables to confirm accuracy and completeness

Required Qualifications:

Advanced degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or minimum of ten years of relevant experience in Federal Human Resources
Experience working with the Federal government in HR roles
Experience in education or training is a plus
