Job Summary
Working remotely, the Federal HR Domain Subject Matter Expert will serve as a functional authority on federal personnel action processing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting data migration and configuration decisions for a government contract.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the functional authority on federal personnel action processing, including legal authority codes and SF-52/SF-50 processing
- Interpret and apply federal personnel action guidelines and support configuration decisions for regulatory compliance
- Advise on compliance tracking and audit trail requirements, and assist with data migration mapping to federal data standards
Required qualifications
- US Citizenship is required
- An active Public Trust level clearance is required
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of experience
- 6 - 8 years of federal HR operations or related technology experience, including 3 - 4 years in a consulting role
- Direct knowledge of the Guide to Processing Personnel Actions and federal HR data standards
