Job Summary
To support the development of training materials, independent contractors will serve as Federal Human Resources Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) responsible for collaborating with instructional designers to create and update content that meets participant-centered training objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with instructional designers to create high-level and detailed design plans for training materials
- Provide drafts of technically accurate content and review project deliverables for accuracy and relevance
- Participate in team meetings and manage project schedules while addressing competing demands
Required qualifications
- Advanced degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or a minimum of ten years of relevant experience as a Federal Human Resources practitioner
- Experience working with the Federal government in relevant Human Resources roles
- Experience in education or training is a plus
