Job Summary
Leading the Inside Sales Organization, the full-time salaried Federal Inside Sales Senior Manager will drive sales growth by collaborating with multiple departments to develop strategies, manage team performance, and maintain CRM integrity in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to create go-to-market strategies and streamline sales operations
- Recruit, train, and develop inside sales and customer service teams while conducting performance evaluations
- Manage CRM hygiene and reporting, ensuring accurate sales pipeline management and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in direct sales to the US Federal sector
- 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in inside sales
- Proven track record of leading teams to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Experience in strategic sales with the ability to develop and grow key accounts
