Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Support Specialist - Federal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform raw data and vendor quotes into high-precision proposals for federal opportunities
  • Manage vendor partnerships, service tracking, and compliance standards to support the bid/no-bid schedule
  • Act as an advocate for internal and external customers, ensuring satisfaction and follow-up on installations
Required Qualifications
  • 3 or more years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or an administrative role in federal contracting or precision manufacturing
  • Strong CRM experience, preferably with D365, and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Showpad, F&O, and federal bid boards such as SAM.gov and GSA Advantage
  • Experience in proposal creation and updating, particularly in the federal space
  • Must be a US-born citizen to be considered for this role
