Federal Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support federal projects, the fully remote Federal Instructional Designer will define learning objectives, create instructional materials, and collaborate with subject matter experts while holding an active top secret clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document learning objectives for instructional materials
• Conduct research and collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance course content
• Create and design instructional materials, including courses, curriculum, and training manuals

Required qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance
• Experience with Federal Instructional System Design (ISD)
• Proven ability to create visual, audio, and interactive learning tools
• Strong background in optimizing content for diverse learner needs
