Job Summary

To support federal projects, the fully remote Federal Instructional Designer will define learning objectives, collaborate with subject matter experts, and create instructional materials while holding an active top secret clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document learning objectives
• Conduct research and collaborate with subject matter experts
• Create and redesign instructional materials, including courses and training manuals

Required qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance
• Experience in Federal Instructional System Design (ISD)
