Job Summary
Leading financial planning and oversight, the remote Federal IT Financial Management Analyst will manage spend plan development, Interagency Agreement lifecycle management, and multi-year budget support activities while producing high-quality financial reports and metrics for a federal client.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead IT financial management activities, including spend plan development, obligation tracking, and financial workflow oversight
- Oversee the Interagency Agreement lifecycle from initiation through execution and closeout, including fund redistribution and reconciliation
- Produce Monthly Statistical Reports and KPI dashboards to support senior leadership and governance review bodies
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of federal IT financial management experience, including spend plan management and multi-year budget support
- Demonstrated expertise in federal financial workflows, obligations, and accruals
- Experience producing executive-level financial reports and KPI dashboards in a federal IT environment
- Familiarity with shared-cost budget models and Working Capital Fund mechanisms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced), SharePoint, and federal financial reporting tools
