Federal IT Systems Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Technician (Federal) to provide technical support and enhance operational responsibilities in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front-line Service Desk support to internal users through various channels
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation
• Document incidents and maintain a knowledge base for future reference

Required Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to work solely from U.S. soil
• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and network protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems; knowledge of Linux is a plus
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
