Job Summary
Driving strategic growth and client satisfaction, the full-time Federal Market Director will lead multiple seller-doers within the Buildings Sector, focusing on revenue objectives and market development for federal clients, with options for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Create and implement a market development strategy for federal clients, achieving sales and revenue targets
- Coordinate with peers across sectors to align strategies and ensure effective execution
- Build and lead a team focused on federal clients while establishing trusted advisor relationships to enhance revenue and profitability
Required qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of leadership experience within the Federal Market
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering; additional business degree is a plus
- Professional state registration(s) in architecture or engineering is a plus
- Strong network and reputation in the Federal marketplace
- Proven experience in strategic thinking and managing cross-functional teams
