Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Market Solution Development Manager to support business development efforts by designing complex health services solutions for federal government customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive solutions that meet federal customer needs using Optum Serve's business assets
• Engage with internal and external partners to translate capabilities into operational processes for federal contracts
• Manage solution development, including documentation and compliance, while assessing risks and contributing to mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
• 2+ years of experience in product development, marketing, solution sales, or operational delivery in a healthcare organization
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including operations, IT, sales, and proposals
