Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Federal Markets Instructional Designer will lead program design, data collection, and oversee the development of learning content while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead program design, data collection, and assembly of initial classes and evaluations
- Determine best practices, base requirements, and oversee content development by various learning content developers
- Support trainers and instructional designers throughout the implementation of programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field and five years of experience in instructional design, or a High School Diploma/GED with 11+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Three years of experience designing and developing e-learning and instructor-led training (ILT)
- Two years of experience designing and developing learning content for the federal government
- Five years of experience leading varied scope projects across functional teams
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a Government background check for a position of T3 Public Trust
