Federal Partnerships Advisor

Job Summary

To support the Government and Global Enterprises division, the full-time Federal Partnerships Advisor will manage federal engagement, develop partnership opportunities, and oversee executive operations in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify partnership opportunities with federal partners and technology vendors
• Manage day-to-day relationships with established partners, including tracking commitments and coordinating touchpoints
• Plan and execute Fortress presence at federal events, managing logistics and cross-functional contributors

Required qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in business development, partnerships, program operations, or federal policy
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex logistics and multi-stakeholder events
• Working knowledge of U.S. national security priorities and the federal policy process
• Bachelor's degree in business, political science, national security, or a related field
• Proficiency with CRM tools and disciplined pipeline tracking
