Federal PMO Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager - PMO (US Federal) to support its growing Federal business.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to implement large-scale strategic programs
• Establish and lead a world-class Federal Program Management Office (PMO) focused on program delivery and compliance
• Drive operational excellence by developing processes and methodologies that ensure timely and high-quality program outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph security clearance
• Minimum of 8+ years of leadership experience in program/project management, with 5+ years in the U.S. Federal Government or Public Sector
• Experience in establishing and leading PMOs for technology deployments in federal environments
• Deep understanding of federal business models, procurement processes, and compliance requirements
• Proven track record in delivering SaaS product development projects within cloud environments for federal customers
