Job Summary
Leading the corporate purchasing organization, the full-time remote Federal Procurement Manager will manage procurement staff, review purchase agreements, negotiate vendor terms, and ensure compliance with government regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day activities of the Procurement Department and manage purchasing activities across multiple contracts
- Ensure compliance with applicable FAR and DFAR clauses during the procurement process
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that support corporate growth and program execution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in federal government contracting and procurement, with 5 years in a management role
- Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Five years of leadership experience in procurement for OCONUS operations
- Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
