Job Summary
To support the U.S. Department of Energy, the full-time remote Federal Procurement Specialist will manage cradle-to-grave contract support, including planning, solicitation, negotiation, and administration of contracts and financial assistance agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Provide business administration support and pre-procurement planning
- Conduct analysis of procurement policies and procedures, including contract modifications and performance evaluations
- Develop and present terms and conditions for proposals and participate in contract negotiations and administration
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of Federal contracting experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a relevant discipline
- At least 5 years of Federal Grants experience
- Expertise in various contract agreement types and contract administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products and relevant procurement systems
