Federal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the product roadmap for Federal HR Solutions and collaborate with scrum teams
• Serve as the voice of the customer for product areas including Core HR, Benefits, and Recruiting
• Create detailed requirements and documentation while prioritizing product features

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the U.S. Federal market
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management or related fields
• Experience presenting to executive audiences, including federal government agencies
• Knowledge of Federal HR systems and relevant regulations
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
