Federal Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Program Manager (Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall Federal program delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget across Salesforce Public Sector initiatives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for cleared Federal stakeholders, facilitating communication and strategic alignment on Salesforce-related goals
• Track program performance metrics and provide transparent communication through executive-level status reports and program dashboards

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of IT program or project management experience, preferably in large-scale Federal environments
• 3-5+ years of proven experience managing programs that utilize Salesforce Government Cloud Plus and Public Sector solutions
• Bachelor's degree required
• US Citizenship required
• Active Security Clearance preferred, or willingness to attain one
